These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and to bookings and services provided by Holly Neighbours Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”).
By making a booking, purchasing a service, or participating in a session with Holly Neighbours Limited, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Our Services
Holly Neighbours Limited provides wellbeing services and experiences including sound baths, sound healing, breathwork, Breath & Sound sessions, Reiki, meditation, relaxation practices, group sessions, private sessions, workshops and related wellbeing experiences.
Our services are intended to support relaxation, self-awareness and general wellbeing.
2. Health & Wellbeing Acknowledgement
Our services are complementary wellbeing practices and are **not medical, psychological or healthcare treatment**.
Information, practices or guidance provided by Holly Neighbours Limited are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or psychological condition and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice, diagnosis or treatment.
You are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have recently undergone surgery, have concerns about your physical or mental health, or are otherwise unsure whether a session is suitable for you, we recommend seeking advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before participating.
Please let us know before your session about any relevant health condition, injury, pregnancy or other circumstance that may affect your participation so that we can make appropriate modifications where possible.
3. Breathwork
Some forms of breathwork may not be appropriate for everyone and may have specific contraindications.
Where a session includes breathwork, you may be required to complete a separate health screening and informed consent form before participating. It is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate information and to advise us if your health circumstances have changed since completing the form.
Where appropriate, breathwork practices may be modified or you may be advised not to participate in a particular practice.
4. Participation & Personal Responsibility
Participation in all Holly Neighbours Limited sessions is voluntary.
You are encouraged to listen to your body throughout your session. You may slow down, return to your natural breath, change position, rest or stop participating in any practice at any time.
Please tell your facilitator if you experience significant discomfort or feel unable to continue.
Individual experiences and responses to breathwork, sound, Reiki and other wellbeing practices vary. We do not guarantee any particular physical, emotional or wellbeing outcome from participating in our services.
5. Bookings & Payment
Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once the required payment has been received or other payment arrangements have been agreed.
Prices displayed on our website or booking system are in New Zealand dollars unless otherwise stated.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans sometimes change.
If you cancel or reschedule your booking **more than 48 hours before your scheduled session**, you may receive a full refund or transfer your payment to another available session.
Cancellations made **within 48 hours of the scheduled session**, and failure to attend a booking, are non-refundable.
At our discretion, we may offer a transfer or credit in exceptional circumstances. Any such exception is considered on a case-by-case basis and does not alter our general cancellation policy.
If Holly Neighbours Limited needs to cancel a session, you will be offered the option to transfer your booking to another suitable session or receive a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled service.
Any different cancellation or payment terms agreed in writing for private, corporate or event bookings will take precedence over this general cancellation policy.
7. Late Arrival
Please arrive at the time advised for your booking.
For group sessions, **late entry is not possible once the session has begun**, as this can disrupt the experience of other participants.
For private sessions, arriving late may reduce the available session time. The full session fee will still apply.
8. Refunds
Except as provided under our cancellation policy or as otherwise required by New Zealand law, we do not provide refunds for services that have already been provided.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under applicable New Zealand consumer law that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Personal Belongings
You are responsible for your personal belongings while attending a session or event. Holly Neighbours Limited is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property except to the extent that liability cannot legally be excluded.
10. Website Information
Information provided on this website is for general information purposes only.
While we take reasonable care to keep information accurate and current, we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, accurate or up to date.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, products or services of third-party websites.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website and materials created by Holly Neighbours Limited, including written content, session materials, recordings, graphics and other resources, remain the intellectual property of Holly Neighbours Limited.
They may not be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
12. Privacy
Any personal information you provide to us through our website, booking system, forms or communications will be handled in accordance with applicable New Zealand privacy law and our Privacy Policy.
Health information provided through consent or screening forms will be used for the purpose of assessing and supporting your safe participation in our services.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will be published on this website together with the date it was last updated.
The Terms & Conditions applicable to your booking will be those available at the time your booking is made, unless otherwise agreed.
