Having myself struggled with anxiety and stress from an early age. I found breath work as a tool that worked to help me. In doing so I found a love for helping others get the same relief and the break throughs I gained.

I'm sure you know that adulting is not always easy. Our nervous systems sit somewhere between fight, flight and freeze. 

It can lead us all to make poor decisions, stress out and just get frustrated.

Breathwork is a non invasive tool you can use in your day to day life to see real change. 

As an Alchemy of Breath trained facilitator I know how to give you space to find what you need in the moment.

I work out of my home at 15 Amber Court in Stonefields, Auckland. For larger group sessions I can either attend corporate group offices or various venues around Auckland.

Yes! I run one on one private sessions where it can be completely tailored to your needs, I also run private group sessions for any occasion including corporate events, wellness retreats, birthdays or even a girls night in with your closest friends.
