Hey, I’m Holly.

I created The Weekly Exhale because I know what it feels like to carry a full calendar and an even fuller mind.

A breathwork facilitator, Reiki Master, and former corporate professional with a background in science.

Breathwork was the tool that helped me rebuild my life through change, stress, and reinvention. Now I guide others through simple, structured sessions designed to regulate your nervous system and bring you back to clarity.

This work is grounded.
Intelligent.
And deeply human.

You don’t need to be perfect here.
You just need to show up.

Are you wondering?

Each 22-minute session includes guided breathwork, gentle mindfulness, and a soft return to your day. No experience needed - just show up and breathe.

Nope! All levels are welcome. Holly gently guides you through everything.

Just yourself, a quiet space, and a willingness to pause. You can join from your phone or computer.

You can arrive late or leave early if needed - but we recommend staying for the full experience.
The classes are also recorded and posted in the membership area after the live call. So if you miss a class, just jump on and watch the replay.

Yes. Breathwork is active, not passive. You're doing something with your body, which means your mind doesn't have the chance to wander the way it does in silent meditation. Most people find it much easier to stay present — and feel results faster.

Not at all. The sessions are grounded in nervous system science — there's a real physiological reason why breathwork works. Holly brings an energetic layer to the sessions, but you can take exactly as much or as little of that as feels right for you.
