A sound bath is an immersive, meditative experience where you lie down and let the soothing sounds of various instruments, like gongs, crystal bowls, and chimes, wash over you. These vibrations help to calm your mind, reduce stress, and promote a deep sense of relaxation. It's like a gentle auditory massage that leaves you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

I run regular Sunday Sound Baths from my home studio in Stonefields, Auckland.

They range from 60 - 90 minutes and are in the evening. It is a great way to unwind and look after yourself. See more on the home page of my site for times.

Yes, I can via Zoom. Breathwork is easier via online meetings but sound baths can work. Select online when you book.

  • A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are "bathed" in sound waves.
  • Using Crystal Quartz Sound Bowls, Holly creates sound frequencies to bring the body and mind to a more aligned state. The sound vibrations stimulate the nervous system to switch from the fight-flight state to a rest-digest state helping each person become more relaxed and reducing stress.
  • A sound bath is a more accessible way to focus the mind and relax as you listen to the soothing sounds from the crystal bowls.
  • Sound healing is also used to enhance immunity, reduce physical pain, stress and anxiety, restore emotional balance, improve sleep and amplify creativity.
  • The goal is to promote deep relaxation and healing.
  • The space is set up to promote relaxation and each participant lies down in their own space while the sound bowls are being played. The vibrations from the instruments help to quiet the mind, reduce stress, and promote a sense of well-being. The frequencies and tones are believed to affect your body's energy fields, leading to physical and emotional healing.

I work out of my home at 15 Amber Court in Stonefields, Auckland. For larger group sessions I can either attend corporate group offices or various venues around Auckland.

Yes! I run one on one private sessions where it can be completely tailored to your needs, I also run private group sessions for any occasion including corporate events, wellness retreats, birthdays or even a girls night in with your closest friends.
