Hey, I'm Holly, it's great to meet you!

I'm a Breathwork and Sound Healing facilitator, as well as a Mum, Coach and Reiki practitioner based in Auckland, New Zealand.

I'm passionate about helping people shift and change their energy so they can live a more powerful and impactful life, connect more deeply with themselves, their family and those around them, and create a life they love.

My specialty is Sound Healing and Breathwork and a lot of my work is intuitive based on what people need in each session. These tools have so many benefits for your health and well being including being incredible at reducing anxiety, helping with sleep and immunity and how powerful it can be to rewire your nervous system.

I run one-on-one, both private and public group sessions, and corporate sessions.

This is an in person group Breath and Sound Bath Session located at my studio in Stonefields.

This beautiful session starts with some breathing, breath patterns that can be used in daily life and help the mind, body and soul relax before we dive into a meditative sound experience.

This is an online Breathwork Journey.

These breathwork journeys use the Conscious Connected Breath that is a scientifcally proven way to help facilitate physical, emotional and spiritual releases and shifts.

These are run monthly, usually on the last Monday of the month.

This is an in person group Sound Bath Session located at my studio in Stonefields.

Come and relax for 1 hour where we start with a short guided meditation and then go into a beautiful relaxing sound bath to re-align your energy centres.

These are held fortnightly on a Sunday evening.

A sound bath is an immersive, meditative experience where you lie down and let the soothing sounds of various instruments, like gongs, crystal bowls, and chimes, wash over you. These vibrations help to calm your mind, reduce stress, and promote a deep sense of relaxation. It's like a gentle auditory massage that leaves you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Reiki

Reiki is like a gentle, healing hug for your mind and body. It's a Japanese technique that involves a practitioner lightly placing their hands on or near you to channel energy, aiming to reduce stress and promote relaxation and healing. Think of it as a soothing, non-invasive way to recharge your inner batteries and balance your energy, perfect for anyone looking to boost their well-being.

Yes, I can via Zoom. Breathwork is easier via online meetings but sound baths can work. Select online when you book.

  • A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are "bathed" in sound waves.
  • Using Crystal Quartz Sound Bowls, Holly creates sound frequencies to bring the body and mind to a more aligned state. The sound vibrations stimulate the nervous system to switch from the fight-flight state to a rest-digest state helping each person become more relaxed and reducing stress.
  • A sound bath is a more accessible way to focus the mind and relax as you listen to the soothing sounds from the crystal bowls.
  • Sound healing is also used to enhance immunity, reduce physical pain, stress and anxiety, restore emotional balance, improve sleep and amplify creativity.
  • The goal is to promote deep relaxation and healing.
  • The space is set up to promote relaxation and each participant lies down in their own space while the sound bowls are being played. The vibrations from the instruments help to quiet the mind, reduce stress, and promote a sense of well-being. The frequencies and tones are believed to affect your body's energy fields, leading to physical and emotional healing.

Here's how it works: you’ll lie down fully clothed while I place my hands lightly on or just above different areas of your body. You might feel warmth, tingling, or just a deep sense of relaxation. The energy flows to where it's needed most, helping to release blockages and restore balance.Reiki is wonderfully soothing and can be a powerful tool for physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. Whether you're dealing with stress, pain, or just need a little extra support, Reiki can help you feel more centred and at peace.I hope this gives you a good sense of what Reiki is all about. I work out of my home at 15 Amber Court in Stonefields, Auckland. For larger group sessions I can either attend corporate group offices or various venues around Auckland.

Yes! I run one on one private sessions where it can be completely tailored to your needs, I also run private group sessions for any occasion including corporate events, wellness retreats, birthdays or even a girls night in with your closest friends.
