If you had told me ten years ago that I’d be guiding people into deep relaxation with singing bowls and breathwork instead of grinding away in a corporate office, I probably would have laughed (or cried, depending on the day). But here we are—and I’ve never felt more aligned with who I truly am.
For years, I played by the rules. I built a successful career, got married, got the dog, and even had the house with the white picket fence. I did all the things that were supposed to lead to happiness. But deep down, I knew something wasn’t right. I felt like I was doing everything that society told me I was supposed to do. But really I was not being true to myself, my purpose, and creating any real sense of joy.
And then, life as I knew it shattered. My marriage ended in the most painful way while I was pregnant with my daughter and suddenly, I wasn’t just questioning my happiness; I was questioning everything.
At the time, it felt like the ground had been ripped out from under me. But looking back, I can see that moment for what it was: the beginning of something new. Because when everything falls apart, you get to decide how to rebuild.
Healing didn’t happen overnight. It came in small, unexpected ways—through moments of stillness, through exploring things I’d never tried before, and through discovering that I could create a life I truly loved.
Over the next few years I dove head first into healing myself and exploring the world of personal development. It was during one course that I came across a beautiful human who introduced me to Reiki. This was the first thing that cracked me open. I remember lying there, feeling this deep sense of peace (something I hadn’t felt in years), and thinking, What is this magic? It was like my nervous system finally exhaled. I knew I had to learn more.
Then came breathwork. I’ll be honest—at first, I was skeptical. How could something as simple as breathing change anything? But after my first deep breathwork session, I realized I had been carrying so much in my body—stress, emotion, old wounds I hadn’t even acknowledged. It was like clearing out emotional cobwebs. During my reiki training we did a re-birthing breathwork session and it was one of the most profound experiences, I finally felt like I had found my path.
And then, there was sound healing. The first time I experienced a soundbath, I felt something shift inside me. The vibrations of the bowls seemed to reach places that words and thoughts never could. It wasn’t just relaxation—it was a reset.
Each of these practices helped me shed the layers of who I thought I had to be and step into who I actually am. And that’s why I do what I do—because I know what it feels like to be lost, and I also know what it feels like to find your way home to yourself.
Now, instead of back-to-back meetings and inbox overload, my days are filled with the hum of singing bowls, deep breaths, and the occasional blissed-out client snoring during a soundbath (which, by the way, is the highest compliment!).
I work with people who are stressed, overwhelmed, need healing from injuries or just feeling off. Whether it’s through Reiki, breathwork, or sound meditation, my goal is to create a space where you can pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
One of my favorite things is seeing the transformations that happen—like one of my regular soundbath clients, who came in struggling with sleep. After their first session, they told me they had the best sleep of their life. Now, they come back regularly, because the soundbaths have become their sanctuary.
If you’re feeling burnt out, anxious, or just in need of some deep rest, I’d love to hold space for you. Whether it’s a soundbath, a Reiki session, or a guided breathwork journey, I truly believe these practices have the power to shift things in ways you might not expect.
You don’t have to do it all alone. You don’t have to push through or stay stuck in a life that doesn’t feel aligned. Sometimes, healing starts with something as simple as lying down, closing your eyes, and letting the vibrations do their thing.
Come breathe with me. Rest with me. Let’s create space for something new.
With love,
Holly
